How To Use
STEP 1
Select the colour that most closely matches the material CJ Paste is to be used upon.
A slightly darker shade seems to work best. If there is no colour that is close, CJ Paste colours can be mixed together to achieve a variety of colours, shades and tints.
Note: CJ Paste dries 2-3 shades darker than the wet paste.
STEP 2
Apply a thin coating of CJ Paste to the desired area with a finger, paint brush or scrapper. Allow to dry until the appearance has lost most of the shininess. Normally this is a couple of minutes.
Apply additional thin layers if necessary.
STEP 3
When the paste has dried sufficiently, wipe the surface down gently with a very lightly dampened cloth (using water).
Wiping towards the corner or along the grain, depending on
what material is being used.
STEP 4
The finished piece is now ready for use or final finishing. Additional finishing can include sanding and painting or varnishing.
